How Safe is my personal information?

Your personal information: We do not sell, give, lend or in any way disclose any information including phone number, email address, mailing address you provide to us...ever.

Your credit card receipt will show a purchase from M&J Products.

How will I receive my package?

You must sign for your package.  We do this to prevent the package being received by a minor or other non intended recipient. 

We first put all items purchased in a black opaque bag. Then your items are placed into either a NEW brown or sometimes white unmarked or labeled box. Your address and our return address are applied to the box on a Canada Post label with our return address as:

PCC, PO Box 576, Whitecourt, AB T7S 1N6

When will I receive my package?

Once we've processed your order which usually takes 24 hours (We do not ship on weekends or stat holidays) estimated shipping times are:
      - Expedited parcel 2 to 15 business days
      - Express parcel 1 to 7 business days
Note: if you live in a remote area (where your postal code has a letter 'O' in it) Please allow extra time. As you already know mail service may have a delay.

What if what I order is out of stock?

We will try to substitute a similar product of similar cost to the one you ordered.  Items of the same type but different colour maybe substituted and packaging may vary. 

What if what I order is damaged?

From time to time a package is damaged during shipping. Please inspect your items closely for damage. We will replace broken items without question** as long as we are notified within 24 hours of picking up your package.

We will not replace an item if the damage is limited to the packaging the product comes in.  We do not pay for return shipping, but as the package is insured once we receive the credit from Canada Post, a shipping credit will be applied.  Substitutions or cash credit for the return item are not allowed. Only replacement of the damaged item will be sent on inspection of your return.

Before you send anything anywhere please contact us for an authorization number.

Returns.

PLEASE DON'T RETURN USED ITEMS - we will not give credit for them or pay postage! 

All returns must be in original packaging.

Can I return my goods if I ordered them but just don't want them any more?

No - we can't accept returned goods unless they are damaged.  If you ordered the wrong item and notice after you placed your order we will do our best to help you.  Once the goods are shipped we won't be able to stop them being delivered.

Will you pester me?

Once you have received your Canada Post tracking number we will not contact you again unless you opt in to our mailing list. Then only infrequently to notify you of new sale items and promotions.
